Private Vegan Chef Available for Breakfasts and Dinners. We are passionate about the environment and animals and have been plant based vegans for decades. Our Vegan Food is prepared by Chef Sai, who grew up working in restaurants in Scotland, and assisted by Pete, the son of a farmer, with food (in season) grown in our veg garden. Pete tends the garden and Sai prepares the food. Our veg garden in veganic and organic. Planted By Sai does Pop up Cafes, Lunch Clubs, Farmers Markets, and external catering. We provide private dining for guests staying with us at The Old Barn. We are passionate about serving food that is good for you and the planet. At our homestead we are continuing to develop our veg garden to be as sustainable and self sufficient as possible. Sai's talent for creating amazing vegan Asian inspired dishes is renown across Scotland as one of the best vegan cooks.
