Choose your own schedule, prices and rules for guests. Once your listing is live, you’ll start receiving inquiries. We’ve made it easy for you to message guests, so you can ask any questions before confirming their bookings.
Welcome your first guest
When a booking has been confirmed, we’ll provide you with guest contact information to make it easier to get in touch. Payment is made securely through our system, and released to you on the day of check-out.

To make hosting a positive experience and help set expectations for guests, you can add House Rules that they must agree to before booking. If a guest breaks a rule, you can cancel anytime without penalty.
