I'm Enrico, I live in Volterra, a beautiful city in the heart of Tuscany. I'm vegan. In Volterra I've a beauty vegan bistrot ( Life Bistrot ), 15 homes-apartments and a Villa b&b with 10 rooms for tourist stays. All is vegan. I'm thrilled to offer vegan experiences in Tuscany to guests from all over the world!

I am a vegan entrepreneur, I work in the hospitality sector in Tuscany. Everything in my companies is exclusively vegan.

I love my job to the point that I can no longer call it work. It's a lifestyle choice, it's my soul manifesting itself. I'm just a means.
Hobbies & Interests
My main hobby is restoring and renovating my restaurant and hotels. I love taking care of details. I also love riding my motorbike through the beautiful Tuscan hills, reading and studying ancient history and rediscovering the deepest parts of myself.
Favourite Books, Music & Movies
I listen to music all the time, jazz and soul are my favorites. I prefer to read books that talk about new approaches to reality, sometimes about quantum science, sometimes about the most ancient civilizations that have inhabited this planet.
