In Volterra I've a beauty vegan bistrot ( Life Bistrot ), 15 homes-apartments and a Villa b&b with 10 rooms for tourist stays. All is vegan. My main hobby is restoring and renovating my restaurant and hotels. I love taking care of details. I also love riding my motorbike through the beautiful Tuscan hills, reading and studying ancient history and rediscovering the deepest parts of myself.
