Opened Bali's first vegan accommodation in 2014, and Villa Mantra Vegans is still today the only 100% vegan, alcohol & smoke free accommodation in Indonesia. We have a de-centralized healthcare mindset and the tools to help others do the same. Tim published the Bali Vegan Book, a cookbook, guidebook and coffee table souvenir.

About
Stay in a spacious private king room at Villa Mantra, a fully vegan, alcohol-free and smoke-free wellness villa in Ubud. Room 6 has a ceiling fan, a private ensuite bathroom and its own balcony overlooking the pool and tropical greenery. Guests enjoy access to the shared vegan kitchen, pool, yoga studio, sauna, infrared therapy and ice bath. A back entrance leads to a beautiful rice-field walk, while central Ubud is only 2.5 km away.
The space
Spacious private king room with a ceiling fan, workspace, storage, a private ensuite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the pool and tropical greenery. Guests share Villa Mantra’s pool, yoga studio, sauna, infrared therapy area, ice bath, garden and wellness spaces.
The kitchen
A fully vegan shared kitchen where guests can comfortably prepare plant-based meals. No animal products, including pet food, are kept in the kitchen.
Other things to note
Two cats live at Villa Mantra. Room 6 uses a ceiling fan rather than air conditioning. Reliable guest Wi-Fi is available. The villa is completely vegan, alcohol-free and smoke-free. Arrivals after 5:00 p.m. must be arranged in advance and can be assisted by our recommended driver.
