Over 35 years vegan, I’m looking to open my home to other vegans and those who would like to embrace the diet (I’m happy to help if needed). I retired early from teaching high school and am looking for ways to supplement my income, meet great people, and save animals. It’s totally fine if you just want to do your own thing and have a place to hang your hat. I’ll be doing my own thing but will be available when needed.
I'm very active, athletic, and love the outdoors. I used to play beach volleyball, but my new favorite sport is pickleball. We have free public Pickleball courts one mile away, and now we have pickleball right here in my townhome complex.
I've had vegan dogs for the last 30+ years.
Pickleball, volleyball, rollerblading, games, learning French, and (trying to) learn to play the guitar.
I was a comp/lit teacher, so I really love the classics. Favorite authors include Orwell and Fitzgerald. I love most music and listen to different kinds depending on what I'm doing. I've had a guitar for decades that I still haven't learned to play. Oops. Favorite movie is an Italian movie called Life is Beautiful.

2, very small dogs, well-behaved and clean. Sometimes there are other small dogs at my house, so hopefully you love dogs. I do have gates to separate them if necessary.

Karen's place feels like I'm at home. The atmosphere felt light and welcoming. The space was clean and tidy. She herself is very thoughtful and detailed. She was a wonderful host to us. I'm grateful to have been able to have such a restful and worry-free stay. 1000% better than choosing a motel/hotel or even a regular airbnb. A vegan home is definitely the best 🥰.
beautiful modern comfortable space, quiet neighborhood, host was so wonderful and thought of all the little things to make the stay more comfortable, dogs were adorable and so well behaved.
