Hey, I’m susan!

Location location location… Susan’s place was in just about the perfect location. High on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the views were spectacular, and the sunsets amazing. It overlooks one of our very favorite beaches for rock-hounding too, which is about an 8 minute walk down to the beach, or you can park at the end of the street and walk just a few minutes from there.

The yard is lush and full of beautiful coastal flowers. We had our Westies on leashes while we had them outside since I’m pretty sure no one in the area is allowed to put up barriers at the edge of the cliff. So be aware of that if you have pets or small children.

The house had beautiful views from the kitchen and living room. There were some quirky things like no window coverings, even in the bedroom, and the slider off the kitchen could be rattled open and needs a new lock. But Susan was very attentive and we had a very nice stay.

Looking forward to going back…
