📍 Very safe neighborhood. Prime location: 15 min walk to the beach, 10 min to Condado & Miramar. One minute walk from La Placita, but without its noise. Great vegan restaurants and other options nearby. Fantastic vegan ice cream shop next door.

CONDO: Fast fibre optic internet; Kitchen with washer & dryer; 1-year-old appliances throughout; Tap water filter; Shared living room & dining area; Secured parking included; Community herb/veg garden; Safe building, safe neighborhood. AREA: FreshMart, Walmart & Pueblo all within 10 min on foot. Great restaurants & food trucks on your doorstep. Free bus to Old San Juan around the corner. WHO YOU ARE: Vegan, vegetarian, or happy to keep the place meat-free. Clean, tidy & respectful, with good energy. Guys or girls welcome. 👋
