This 2 story villa is complete with a full kitchen, 2 en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning, a sleeper sofa, patio dining, wifi, cable, screened windows, solar-powered water heater, bedrooms feature organic allergy-friendly cotton sheets and pillows in addition to organic soaps in the bathrooms. The villa is equipped with towels, hand towels, washcloths, and is also equipped with beach bags, beach/pool towels, sand toys, body boards, and more for a memorable, relaxing tropical getaway.

The kitchen is open and spacious, fully equipped with organic spices, herbs, and plant-based cooking essentials. The kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer, electric oven/stovetop, large sink, as well as an entire set of cookware such as pots, pans, cooking knives all of which in multiple sizes. Of course, stainless steel cutlery/cooking utensils, and bonus: a high speed 64-ounce Vitamix blender!

Some mild noise from the highway can be heard, pets are allowed as long as they are friendly, do not go on furniture, are fully potty trained and the owners take full responsibility for any messes or accidents caused. Free parking for 1-2 cars directly outside is complimentary, there is a gated entry and a 24 hour security guard.
