Getting around the area
Our neighborhood is quiet. Like, spooky quiet. We're on a well-kept cul du sac, about 15 miles due south of downtown Denver. There are a few parks within walking distance with both paths and athletic facilities and playgrounds. Amenities such as grocery stores, golf courses, restaurants, shops, etc. are within 5-10 minutes. Favorite places: We love Colorado and everything the outdoors here has to offer. There are way too many places to visit to list, but we're about 20 minutes to an hour from literally dozens of amazing places. Whether it's outdoor adventure, state parks, fine dining, theater, arts, museums, or whatever else you seek, you're not too far from it here. And we are more than happy to help you find your way around and plan the best possible stay. Oh, yeah, and skiing! There are 7 ski resorts with 1.5 hours of us (if you manage to avoid the traffic). Getting around: A car is best to have if you are going off to see scenic sites and get away from it all. There is a public transportation system as well. You can walk to a bus stop, and the train station (access to downtown and/or the airport) is 10 minutes away.

About
Must love dogs. Come spend some time in our finished full basement. Bedroom, bathroom, and large living space for your enjoyment! Includes ping-pong table, air hockey, foosball table, TV.
The space
The bedroom has a double bed, small fridge and microwave. The ensuite bathroom has a shower (no tub). The space includes foosball, air hockey, ping-pong and TV with BluRay/DVD, surround sound, and streaming services. There's also a gas fireplace in the living room for chilly evenings. Guest access: Full use of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Also, you're welcome to use the backyard which has several spots to sit and relax and think peaceful thoughts. Access is through the front door of the house (no private entryway). The hosts live here and will be present during your stay. Parking is available in our driveway (1 car). Ample street parking is also available.

Full vegan kitchen with refrigerator and pantry (that you are welcome to use), 5 burner gas stove, double oven, and loads of gadgets and gizmos.
