Welcome to our one of a kind, 1972 Bermed Earth Home, affectionately known as the Hobbit House! This is not your typical Airbnb or house; it's an architectural relic, recognized by the Wisconsin Historical Society, and is a unique experience waiting to be discovered. Nestled on 3.6 acres, in the picturesque town of River Falls, Wisconsin, with its charming downtown shops, and proximity to scenic walking paths; this extraordinary dwelling offers so much more than just a place to stay.
The space
2 bedrooms suites with bathrooms. Please note an architectural hole discreetly separates each bedroom suite so while you have tons of visual privacy, sound travels easily between bedroom suites. Travel companions should be close family or friends.
The kitchen
Full functioning kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, thermostat aster oven, and all the things needed to cook and enjoy meals. Coffee and tea are complimentary and there is a water filter, coffee maker, and blender.
