There’s currently no pets although I’m considering rescuing a cat .. parking is always available (street parking) Wi-Fi works perfectly.. and it’s pretty quiet space

It’s the Midwood neighborhood of Brooklyn Riis beach is 20 mins away .. the 2/5 train is 10 mins away at the Flatbush junction stop .. Marine park is a 10 mins walk lots of tennis courts
