Hello! My name is Kirsty, I’m a yoga instructor, massage therapist and care worker. My diet is plant based, I do not eat any cheese or meat, but I do currently eat eggs. A big fan of vegan alternative meat and cheese though I try to eat it in moderation! Also lots of fresh fruit, veg, and spices!! When I find a good recipe, I share it. My favourite things to do are long walks with my Springer Spaniel, Otto. I also like listening to music, watching films, anything creative and swimming. I work as a PA to two artistic/autistic clients and I love my work.

About

Charming under dwelling near Holmfirth/Sheffield/Peak District/Cannon Hall Farm/Wentworth Castle

The space

reat walks & bike rides! Trans Pennine Trail 5 min walk away DVD's, books, games, WIFI, Echo Dot, Firestick 5 min walk to pub, 1 to bakery Many places to eat out/well equipped kitchen 1 car park space Massage, Reflex, Yoga, Meal Baskets Camp beds for 2 additional young children (curtain divides the bedroom) - see pictures! £10 a dog - rules apply - ask first The space It's one of the smallest dwellings in Thurlstone, which isn't a bad thing as it's just perfect for 1-3 guests and easy to keep warm and cosy. A quiet little under-dwelling with loads of character and a pretty, rural view. The building is listed, built in 1840, plenty of roadside parking. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house, including living room, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. There is an outdoor seating area. There's a desk if you want to work which doubles up as an eating area, a cosy lounging area and a convenient kitchen. There is a hanging area for clothes and towels too. Other things to note If 4 guests are staying be aware that all the beds will be in the one bedroom and separated by a dividing curtain. 1 bed is a double (2 adults) and the camp beds are for children. 3 adults and 1 child may be permitted but you may feel it's a tight squeeze (also, please check first). Please note that guests are requested to put their own bedding and towels in the linen basket or washer on the day of departure. There is a washer in the property, but it is not suitable for guest use. If this is an issue for you and you would like to do a bit of washing, please speak to me as I might be able to help.

The kitchen

The tiny kitchen is well equipped. Fridge freezer, counter space, microwave, oven, and all utensils pots and pans you could need.

Other things to note

Parking is shown here in this video. Please watch this within 24 hours of booking. https://youtu.be/hv2NXK2LWGo The parking space is just past the property on the left - in front of the number 3 refuge area. Take it steady down Watering Place, it's a little bit rural (bumpy!) Also it's easier to turn right onto Watering Place Road than left onto it - my advice if you approach it on the left if keep driving and turn around up the road to make it easier for yourself. There is also loads on street parking nearby if you prefer - sometimes this is the best bet if you have a large car anyway.
