Mature single professional woman. Dog Mom to a very sweet 45 lb pup. Currently in school pursuing my final career & working only part time, hence the renting out of my guest bedroom. Would prefer someone of similar age bracket for compatibility. I have years of experience hosting guests. My home is charming & cozy, but has only ONE bathroom we must share. My home is in a great location just 3 miles to our lovely waterfront downtown & 3 miles in the other direction to the beach & the Gulf of Mexico. All professionals welcome especially VEG Travel Nurse's (I currently work as a Certified Nurse's Assistant).
My Lifestyle
Currently a PTA student with no life, exhausted & stressed! All spare time is needed to study, exercise (when I can fit it in) & sleep...grueling class schedule. I do commit to my Friday morning Beach Yoga class & a class & swimming at the nearby YMCA.

Walking distance to a few restaurants & shops, including a totally vegan restaurant called Cidar Press, biking distance & a short drive to lots of shops & restaurants. Pinellas trail for biking. Walking distance to bus station & shops. 3 miles to Downtown & 3 miles to Treasure Island Beach.
