Mature single professional woman. Dog Mom to a very sweet 45 lb pup. Currently in school pursuing my final career & working only part time, hence the renting out of my guest bedroom. Would prefer someone of similar age bracket for compatibility. I have years of experience hosting guests. My home is charming & cozy, but has only ONE bathroom we must share. My home is in a great location just 3 miles to our lovely waterfront downtown & 3 miles in the other direction to the beach & the Gulf of Mexico.
