The space

Situated on a bus route to nearby towns, a short walk to the lake and opposite a serene, leafy caravan park, it’s the perfect setting for relaxing. Enjoy picturesque lake views from the living room and main bedroom. This fully furnished home is comfortable, featuring: Air conditioning for year-round comfort. Open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area equipped with a TV and Chromecast for seamless streaming from your phone. Accommodation includes a main bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, and two single rooms, each with 3/4 double beds—spacious as a king single but with the length of a standard single, making them ideal for shorter guests and kids. We provide all linen, including sheets and towels, or feel free to bring your own. If you enjoy swimming, boating, or long walks surrounded by nature, Eagle Point is perfect. The owner lives in a separate apartment on the property and doesn’t use the guest house so guests can enjoy privacy. Street parking or park on the nature strip. This is a non smoking property.

The kitchen

The guesthouse has a large refrigerator and a pantry to store food. Kettle, toaster, small blender, 4 burner electric stove,oven, microwave and all pots and pans, cutlery and crockery are available for use. Service wash is available.

Other things to note

There’s an elderly cat inherited from a family member living in a separate apartment on the property. Parking for guests is on the nature strip or on the quiet road. This is a very quiet area however can become busy at Easter and Christmas breaks when campers arrive and scheduled activities occur in nearby camping facilities.
