The owner lives in a separate apartment on the property and doesn’t use the guest house so guests can enjoy privacy.

Street parking or park on the nature strip. This is a non smoking property.

The guesthouse has a large refrigerator and a pantry to store food. Kettle, toaster, small blender, 4 burner electric stove,oven, microwave and all pots and pans, cutlery and crockery are available for use.

Service wash is available.

There’s an elderly cat inherited from a family member living in a separate apartment on the property.

Parking for guests is on the nature strip or on the quiet road.

This is a very quiet area however can become busy at Easter and Christmas breaks when campers arrive and scheduled activities occur in nearby camping facilities.
