Welcome!We are a family run animal sanctuary about 3 km from the highway exit Smarje-Sap/Skofljica.We offer stays in you own vehicle, tent or in our haybarn in the hay.PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE NO ACCOMONDATION AVAILABE FOR RENT!Arrival: 16:00-20:00! A short description of the route to us is below.Our sanctuary is located on a hill, the curvy and narrow road is well manageable even with a long trailer or a large mobile home (9m+) and is well paved. The location is beautiful, quiet, with stunning views over the valley. We are happy to welcome you in our parking lot with a direct view of the pastures, on a sunny single spot with view to the valley and mountains or on a single shadow spot in the forest right next to our barn.We have room for about 10 vehicles, 2-3 tents and for 1-2 small groups to sleep in the hay.If you sleep in the haybarn, smoking, any fire or sparks, extension cords and any electric devices apart from torches and mobile device, food and water are STRICTELY PHOHIBITED FEOM USE IN THE HAY BARN as they pose a fire hazard!Please contact us, preferably phone, before your arrival to ensure that we have room for you. We will then send you an e- mail or sms and ask you to confirm your resevation.WITHOUT YOUR CONFIRMATION, WE CANNOT HOLD A SPOT FOR YOU.Our non-profit charity gladly accepts donations to support our all our rescued animals. We offer a tour of the sanctuary in english every day around 9:30 or 10:00 from May to middle of October, except on weekends or in bad weather.Out of respect for the animals rescued from the slaughterhouse do not prepare or consume meat, poultry and fish on our farm! Please also no heavy drinking and loud parties! Access to showers, toilets, water, electricity and dishwashing is available at all times. The washing machine can be used on request for 5€ per load to be paid immediately.We have a small pool and playground available for our guests.You are welcome to make a campfire with wood scraps that you find in the forest or your own wood. Your dog must be in the vehicle or kept on a leash at all times and is not permitted on the farm, outside of the parking grounds.If you smoke, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. NOT on the ground! Waste water/gray water emptying IS NOT POSSIBLE with us.There are tanking stations / P&R places around Ljubljana available for that. Possibility of swimming in a lake and another playground at about each 2 km away.ROUTE DESCRIPTION: Take the highway exit Skofljica/Smarje-Sap. Go straight at the 1st roundabout and left (3rd exit) at the 2nd roundabout. After the highway bridge, turn right. Next intersection turn left. Now for about 2 km just follow the road. In the village turn right at the stone wall with a cross on top. After 400m you will arrive in front of a big barn.
