Torio is becoming developed by a younger, international crowd. Its quiet, great library! (I volunteer there). Very close to the beach. Nearby waterfall. Buses every hour. Small stores. Many places to eat

About
This is a VERY basic house, no air conditioning. Id prefer a long term renter. The internet is not included, but there is definately a good signal. Very open floor plan. Please understand that this is minimal living. It has lots of empty space. Big porch, great kitchen. Quiet

I want to rent the entire house, so you will have access to everything. 2 bedrooms, one has a queen bed, the other room jas one bunkbed.

The back porch has a big drop, so maybe not good for babies crawling around. A wheelchair is welcome, but unable to get to the shower, there are 4 steps down. Everything else is on one floor. Id really like a Quiet person, long term to rent it.
