Visit Farm Sanctuary - Nestled in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York, the rolling green pastures of Farm Sanctuary’s 275-acre New York Sanctuary are home to more than 400 rescued farm animals. During your visit to Farm Sanctuary, you can take an hour-long tour of the Sanctuary with one of our Sanctuary Guides, meeting our rescued residents along the way! After meeting our farm animal friends, visit our Sanctuary Shop, which contains literature, cookbooks, apparel, and other souvenirs. Farm Sanctuary fights the disastrous effects of animal agriculture on animals, the environment, social justice, and public health through rescue, education, and advocacy. Watkins Glen State Park is a natural wonder located about a 20 minute drive from our home. The highlight here is the 19 waterfalls that cascade down the stream and rock formations—you'll want to take your time exploring them along the hiking trails on offer. The Gorge Trail along Glen Creek is particularly stunning, just be careful of the slippery steps. Consider visiting Watkins Glen State Park on a tour of Niagara Falls from New York City. For fewer crowds, visit on weekdays or early in the day—especially during the peak summer season. Seneca Lake is known for its diverse offering of world-class wines. The wineries are dedicated to increasing quality and serving as exceptional stewards of the land and lake. Seneca Lake Wine Trail members pledge to exceed your expectations when you visit to taste wine and experience the Finger Lakes. You don’t have to travel to far-away places to experience fantastic wines. They are right here on Seneca Lake! Visit Hammondsport for some cute Antique Shopping!

About
Lake views. Spread across 3.85 acres, this vegan property invites you to relax and unwind. The partially fenced-in yard provides a safe haven for children to play. Step inside and discover a modern living space, perfect for creating memories. Spend time visiting Farm Sanctuary, waterfalls, wineries and breweries in the area then come home and relax on the covered deck. Bring your boat, a launch is 2 miles away!
The space
3 bed 2 bath fully remodeled home with Chicago inspired MCM, Art Deco, Vintage design you'll say, "Wow, this is cool!" Primary Bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. The bathroom has a 2 person shower with a sunlight, along with vintage floor tiles and a beautiful mint green vanity. Plenty of fresh fluffy towels to dry you off! The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds facing Lamoka Lake and a walk in closet. Wake up to the sunrise and a view of Farm Sanctuary west in the distance. The 3rd bedroom has 1 twin bed and a walk in closet. A small desk in the room will help you log your memories!
The kitchen
The kitchen has been completely redone from the studs in. It has all new appliances - fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave with cabinets full of a selection of vegan cookware, dishes, spices etc. Check out the stocked coffee bar too! The house has well water, and we know some people may not enjoy the well water experience, so we have a few gallons of bottled water in the fridge for you to use.

Do not leave any food unattended outside. Dispose of bagged trash in the orange trash can at the end of the driveway. Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported.
