We are subletting our beautiful home apartment between 7th-25th September. 4-room apartment in a new building (114 sqm), with 3 spacious balconies! 🌱 100% vegan apartment 🌱 2 minutes walk from the beautiful coastal Midron Park and 3 minutes from the beach 🌱 Master room with a king-size bed, and access to a balcony with a pastoral view 🌱 2 office rooms for workers from home (with enough space to put mattresses) 🌱 3 large balconies with plenty of plants. Seating areas available on all balconies 🌱 Large and spacious kitchen, with all the equipment 🌱 Spacious living room, smart TV, PlayStation 🌱 Dining area 🌱 Washing machine and dryer 🌱 Smart lighting throughout the house 🌱 Secure building 🌱 Plenty of free parking for you and your guests The price for the entire period is NIS 8000
The space
A house in a special and beautiful Arab-Jewish neighborhood. The house is very close to the sea, you can enjoy Tel Aviv and Jaffa's beaches. A wonderful park for walks and picnics. You can order Wolt and have access to many vegan restaurants and you can also order vegan products for home. The building is very new and protected by code. There is parking avialable. It is located in the center of Israel, in Tel Aviv and you can go on many trips, entertainments, restaurants, and shopping centers.
The kitchen
We love cooking vegan so we have a lot of devices that you can use and enjoy. All our products are 100% vegan and have never been used with meat or any other non-vegan products.
Other things to note
We rent the house for the entire period. This is our home where we live and enjoy life, so we would be happy if we could keep everything as if it were your home.
