Welcome to our tranquil flat located in one of the most historic, picturesque and popular parts of North East London. The flat is only 50 metres walk from the pubs, cafes and boutiques of Church St (Stoke Newington) and just a few metres more to the beautiful Clissold Park and Abney Park cemetery (one of the "Magnificent Seven '' cemeteries of London). The area still maintains a bohemian vibe and Dalston is within easy reach if you fancy craft breweries and nightlife.We are a vegan family but our child sometimes has the occasional vegetarian treat.The spaceThe flat was renovated two years ago, with a spacious feel and one large double bedroom available as part of the complete apartment rental (the second bedroom is not available for rental, sorry). It has an expansive open plan living room and kitchen. It’s homely, modern and comfortably furnished with all mod-cons. It’s one of four flats in a small building tucked down a driveway away from the road, so it’s very quiet and peaceful.The kitchen has a hob/oven and a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and is fully equipped and some cooking basics are available for use.The flat has good speed fiber internet connection, a smart TV etc.Should you need to venture further afield it's a very pleasant walk down the high street to Stoke Newington train station and buses direct to Angel and London central can be caught from the bus stop just 50m away.Other things to noteThe bed is a futon style, layered with a thick foam and wool underlay, making it comfortable for most users, however it should be noted that it sits lower than most conventional bed.The bathroom has both a separate shower and bathtub.No parties permitted thank you.
