A closer look at the stay
About
"Varm - the vegan farm" is our home and kind of small animal sanctuary. The refurbished, former press-house and wine cellar (in the local, styrian dialect called "Kellerstöckl") was adpted to a guest house and offers 3 rooms - sleeping room with 3 beds (1 double, one single), a bathroom with bathtub, toilette and laundry washer and finally a comfortable kitchen. The whole area around the farm buildings including main house and guest house is fenced (approximately 3.000 square meters). For a unknown reason our place is blessed with a very specific, peaceful energy - a kind of magic. Even those guest arriving stressed and exhausted will show a certain, peaceful smile on their face on the third day of their stay at the latest... Please note: A stay on our "Varm" is only recommended for dog-loving or at least exceptionally dog-tolerant people (during daytime our dogs are used to roam around free in the garden and one hast to pass through to enter / leave the guest house. Our "greek shepherd lady" Ella is a very specific chracter and needs a lot of attention and empathy as well to come along with her....).

Smoking is allowed on the farm (except in the hay-barn !) area BUT NOT inside the guest house ! Basically a guest-dog is welcome BUT ONLY after we`ve had a phone call to clarify if it will work with our dogs,if and how we can handle the situation if it doesn't work friction-free.
