About this space
The Studio is a peaceful Guest Suite with direct access to the pool. Thoughtfully renovated in Jan 2020 and located in a cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood. Only 15 mins away from Disney World!
The space
You will have access to our private Guest Suite (The Studio) with a smart lock. There is a very comfortable queen size bed, a queen sized sofa bed, computer desk with chair, mini-fridge, microwave, an electric tea kettle (upon request), coffee cups, an iron with a small ironing board, two luggage racks, Echo Dot (Alexa) to control lights, Microwave, etc, and TV with an Amazon Firestick to access Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, YouTube, etc.
The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, towels, toilet paper, and basic toiletries like bath gel, shampoo and conditioner.
Free WiFi, and free parking in front of the palm tree (please, make sure to leave enough space for the mail delivery van to get to our mailbox).
The Studio does not share any walls with the main house where we live. We only use the pool patio to walk to our front door, which is at the opposite side of The Studio, but - if our guests are in the pool area, will go to our garage from the back . Also, we don't use the pool when we have guests, so it's totally private.
The kitchen
**PLEASE NOTE** Although The Studio does have a microwave and mini-fridge, the space is NOT set up for cooking with pots, pans and kitchen supplies. Items suitable for light breakfast are provided such as bowls, cutlery, glasses and mugs.
Other things to note
You have to be older than 21 year old to book our Studio.
No extra guests, besides the ones on the reservation, are allowed on property.
No parties, no loud music.

* Quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM - It’s fine if you want to hang by the pool after 9 PM, but you’ll need to be very quiet (definitely NO music) as our neighbors have 2 little babies, and the other neighbors have their master bedroom right behind the fence by the pool pump. * Swimming 9 AM to 9 PM. * Must be over 21 years old to book The Studio. * No extra guests are allowed on property, besides the ones on the reservation. * Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING inside. (You may smoke/vape by the pool) * NO glass, bottles or breakable items by the pool. Only plastic. * We may evaluate a possible third person staying, for an extra $25/night, but it will have to be discussed before booking. * Heating the pool is possible for an extra $25/day for the duration of the entire stay + an extra day to reach the temperature. It will take about 24 hours to heat up, so let us know ahead of time. Thanks.
