About this space
Our residence is seafront located and it is part of the coastline in the center of the basin between Catania and Augusta. It is the ideal place to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday in close contact with the sea and it is also an excellent starting point for excursions throughout eastern Sicily (Syracuse, Mt.Etna, Taormina, Noto, Piazza Armerina easily reachable). The seafront apartment (20secs to touch the sea-water) is completely independent, non-smoking, vegan kitchen, comfortable and relaxing. It is in excellent condition, equipped with every comfort; it has private terrace well equipped with table, chairs, beach umbrella and deckchairs. Guests enjoy free of charge bed linen, towels, parking, canoe, air conditioning and internet wifi. Our environment is especially comfortable and safe for families with young children. The sea is very clean and in the morning it looks flat and crystal clear, the beach is wide and not equipped and it consists of fine clean sand extended for many kilometers. The sea slopes gently. During the period of August the beach is particularly lively with leisure activities and entertainment. Our place is about 500 meters (10mins walk) from the mouth of the river St.Leonardo. In summer the river does not lead to the sea and its fresh water is separated from the sea by a strip of beach. It is possible to make excursions by canoe up the river: a wonderful experience in contact with nature guaranteed.

Hello! Here we are: Grace, Gianluca and our daugther Gloria. We are a raw vegan family. We are based on planet Earth on this wonderful piece of land called Sicily, where the harshest contrasts teach us about the possibility of an harmonious balance: colours, temperatures, different states of the matter... the red of the living hot lava and the black pitch of the cold, lava stone, the white of the cold snow melting in the blue of the sea waves foam... Here the four elements manifest themselves in their most beautiful expression: warm and milds winds can cleanse our bodies energy through the salty particles naturally present in this Air, Stone beaches kissed by the beneficial negative iones of the sea Water waves. A sea bath can help our bodies in infinite ways. The regenarative dawn and sunset Sun rays, the regrounding Earth. Here Mother Nature's voice, nevertheless the unwareness of human beings behaviours, is still very strong, if wisely enjoyed and joined, can definetely become a Life regenerator and a turning point in anyone who wants to improve her/his life style. Since we love meeting people from different cultures and learning from them we are passionate travellers and we are world schooling our daughter. At the moment she is learning some Hindi and Sanskrit. After I quit my job, I devoted myself to researching in several fields, such as: nutrition-detoxification (from veganism to pranic feeding), Raw vegan cooking, traditional natural remedies (from Indonesian Jammu to the ancient Indian Ayurveda), neuroscience, spirituality and much more... My discoveries allowed me to lead my family through a deep transformation in our life style. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge with whoever feels ready to change.
