Nicely restored, updated, and cared for 1865 home, with wooden floors, original woodwork, and great country charm. With a tasteful addition on the back, the house has a large deck and is set in a close-knit, quiet community of other older homes. Less than 10 minutes to the beautiful village of Rhinebeck, walking distance to Dinsmore Golf Course (3rd oldest public golf course in the country!), Staatsburgh State Historic Site, and a few minutes drive to Mills Norrie State Park and the Hudson River. Hundreds of acres of hiking trails, snowshoeing, and picnicking, waiting to be experienced!
The space
You can rent out one or two bedrooms (two people per room), depending on what you need. The rate quoted above is for one bedroom at $75 per night.
Guest access: Guest(s) will have full access to rented bedrooms, plus shared kitchen, large living/family room, beautiful, spa-like private bathroom, dining room with large farmhouse table, deck, and grounds. Home gym in the basement. Wifi, TV with Netflix, two amazing bean bags, comfortable couches, and parking for up to two guest vehicles. Bicycle/skiis/snowshoe storage space available.
The kitchen
Brand new, renovated kitchen with new stove, huge fridge, and plenty of bowls and cookware, as well as Vitamix blender, Instant Pot pressure cooker, Excalibur dehydrator, Omega juicer, etc.
