Sweet ocean view room

The room is a nice size with good storage with an in-built wardrobe. There are ocean views from the bedroom and you have access to the spacious deck which is a nice spot to watch birdlife at sunset.

The house is in a central location within 10 minutes drive of anything you need, under 5 minutes to several nice cafes, or 25 minutes to the beach. There is a double car lock-up garage we will share.

It has all the amenities of a home with a double bed (Koala foldout couch), full kitchen with your own fridge shelf, washing machine and dryer, wifi, and deck with a view. There is no air conditioner in this room but there is a standing fan and standing heater as required.

The bedroom is off the main living/dining space but is otherwise really quiet with no neighbour behind us, on a quiet street, and the room is a decent distance from the master bedroom so there should be limited noise if you'd like to keep to yourself in the room.

You'll be the only user of the main bathroom which is spacious with a shower and spa tub.

(Please note: The oven is currently broken, so I've replaced it with an airfryer. Please don't book this Airbnb if you are competing in a baking competition.)

Please keep in mind, I live here! Guests have access to the top floor of the house, there is a subfloor that is not part of our living space. You're able to be in the main living, dining and kitchen space and the deck or garden, but I ask you stay out of my bedroom and home office.

I am around and can be flexible to help you with anything you need.

I live with two indoors-only cats so the key house rule is you must close external doors behind you! All guests must be strict on keeping the doors closed at all times, and you must be comfortable with cats around and being curious about you.
