It's south-west facing so the flat gets a lot of natural light and you can see beautiful sunsets. It is my home which I live in most days of the year, so you will be staying in a 'real' home which I have created and look after with lots of love. It has a minimalistic feel to it, with plenty of plants, making it a very clam and relaxing space to live in and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. The flat comprises of: - two bedrooms, You will be staying in the master bedroom with a comfy king sized bed and plenty of storage - comfortable living room with large extendable dining table in farmhouse style - a fully equipped VEGAN kitchen with extensive supply of utensils, electric hob and 2 ovens, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. No Microwave (sorry!) - balcony overlooking London's skyline, with a small table and a bench for outside living on sunny days - shared bathroom with bath and Japanese toilet - high speed internet There are wooden floors throughout the flat, except in the bathroom, which make it nice and cosy. It’s an exceptionally quiet flat which allows you to get a great night’s sleep; located on the top floor, with no adjacent neighbours and the building is in a cul-de-sac, so no direct traffic passing by. No parties or smoking allowed in the flat. No shoes. I have no pets, but I very occasionally dog sit for friends, so there may be a dog in the house. Getting around: Conveniently located close to Clapton Overground station (5 min walk) which will get you to Liverpool Street/the Elizabeth Line in 20mins. Also close to several buses with excellent transport links to Hackney, Finsbury Park and Central London.
