Sunny private room in a vegan West Philadelphia home

The space - it’s a 3 bedroom row home. You would have a private bedroom and a shared bathroom. You would just be sharing common areas with me. There is a finished basement with a second bathroom, big tv, karaoke and Nintendo switch, and a washer/dryer. The first floor is a shared space with an open floor plan - comfy living room, electric fireplace, dining room table for 6 people, etc. The house is drenched in sunlight and filled with plants. There’s also a fenced in back patio with seating and southeastern exposure for, you guessed it, more plants! 🪴

The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave, island with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, and all the appliances and cooking utensils needed to make delicious vegan meals!

There is abundant free street parking, WiFi, no animal companions in the home, and the house is on a fairly quiet street.
