There are a ton of breweries and wineries within 15 minutes.

Beautiful, peaceful, impeccably clean, pet-friendly home in the country. Enjoy 3 acres of serenity and privacy while still being within 45 minutes to Richmond and Charlottesville. Equipped with a large fenced-in backyard, know that your fur baby is safe with lots of room to run. House offers all modern amenities being less than 2 years old.
The space
House is one level living with two guests bedrooms on the left side of the home with adjoining full bathroom. Guests have access to living room, front and back porches and large fenced in backyard. Backyard has firepit.
