This B&B is run by the Simabo organisation. The hostel helps support the organisation to take care of the stray animals and provide for our dogs and cats at our shelters.

Guest access: The B&B offers free wifi. Some rooms have a balcony and there is a roof top terrace available. The B&B is close to the beach and the city center. We offer a laundry- and taxi service.

Pets are welcome at a small extra cost. Smoking is not allowed inside the hostel. A caution deposit of € 20 is required. The rooms must be paid up front in euros or cape verdian escudos (1 euro = 100 CVE). The check-in is from 7 am until midnight. Check out must be before 11 am.

The Simabo B&B is a hostel run by the Simabo organisation who runs a dog- and cat shelter on the island of Sao Vicente in Cape Verde. The B&B offers a vegan breakfast for 600 CVE/person (€5,5/$6,5/£5). They also offer the possibilty to volunteer at the dog or cat shelter. If you decide to spend some time helping the many dogs and cats, a free vegan lunch and/or dinner is offered. Sao Vicente is a beautiful island with sunny weather all through the year. The association can arrange transport from and to the airport, a guided tour to discover the island and also offer day trips to the lucious green island of Santo Antão which is only 1 hour away by boat. Come and experience the Cape Verdian lifestyle and meet our lovely cats and dogs!
