About this space
Stay in a traditional old farmhouse, surrounded by an Animal Sanctuary and large gardens. Meet some of the rescue animals - pigs, sheep, horses, dogs, cats, chickens and turkey. Lovely bedrooms upstairs leading to balcony with seating areas to overlook the grounds.Large bathroom with original fittings, shower and claw foot bathtub.Breakfast and TV room, where you can also have dinner served if pre-arranged.We host to help support the animals. Experienced Hosts elsewhere, now welcoming V Guests for a night on their travels or a special occasion visit.

Guest area is upstairs and includes 2 bedrooms (total of 2 Queen beds & 1 single bed) leading to the balcony, large bathroom & breakfast room with TV area.
Breakfast preparation area and Microwave available.
Access to the garden and fields around the property, with additional sitting areas outside.

The Guests area upstairs has Breakfast supplies , Tea & Coffee area and Microwave (Vegan Microwave Meals & snack available).
If you have specific other requirements please advise ahead of time.
A full 3 course Vegan Meal can be served in your Dining Room by pre-arrangement.

Animal Sanctuary in a rural setting. We host in the original Victorian Farmhouse to support the rescue animals here. Accommodation is upstairs with balcony to view the animals and garden. Vegan household out of respect for the animals. Get in touch if you have specific Event requirements. Destination stay or conveniently on the way to Dunedin, Catlins, Queenstown or Fiordland.
