About this space
Fattoria San Martino is not just a place for an overnight stay. For us it is much more than that. It’s a place to discover, to experience, to taste. It is strongly linked to nature and to the senses and therefore it is very different from the classic hotel experience. We do not offer only hotel services but our very own, individual hospitality that comes from the heart.Our rooms are very spacious, flooded with light and entirely decorated by Karin and her unless creation. One of our first aims is to hold the environmental impact as low as possible and live in harmony with mother nature.San Martino offers a lot of inspiring, well-spaced places inside and outside: we want to offer our guests both, the possibility to communicate and to retreat, to meet like-minded people and to experience privateness in order to evoke an authentic, serene feeling of being on vacation. The space
Our Suites are 40sqm large and can host maximum 4 people with two extra beds. Children until 6 years old can stay for free.
We have two Junior Suites . One of 23 sqm large and the other of 30sqm and has a private terrace with a beautiful view on the historical city of Montepulciano.
We also offer a Family Suite (70sqm) with two separated bedrooms and livingroom and bathroom at the ground floor.
All of them offer a 180° view on the Tuscany hills and on the historical town of Montepulciano, but each one is unique with is distinctive handcraft style and interior design. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower – King size bed, 220 cm long with cotton non-allergenic futon matress – Cotton and millet pillows – Bedlinen made of high-quality natural materials
Breakfast with genuine, fresh and organic products is included.
The kitchen
Our vegetarian and vegan restaurant follows the philosophy of "good food good mood". Food is not only something that feed. By choosing to have lunch or dinner at the restaurant of the property, you taste freshly cooked high Bovis scale ingredients, and conscious dishes.
