Single room in quiet friendly house close to station, shops and lake!

The space

Home is a town house. Ground floor is kitchen, guest bathroom, dining area and access to garden, used by all.

Middle floor has the living room with TV, which we are happy to share. Plus hosts bedroom.

Top floor has the single bedroom, daughter's bedroom and the shared bathroom.

The kitchen

Large open plan kitchen. We will provide a shelf in the fridge and a shelf in the cupboard.

Other things to note

We have an elderly rescue cat, she comes and goes through the cat flap but mostly sleeps downstairs.

You can park on our drive.

Very quiet neighbourhood.

We have good wifi.
