About this space
Our guest house is located on a picturesque 5 acres, next to a woodland forest. We also run a bird sanctuary on the property, Georgia's Place Bird Sanctuary, which makes this a paradise for an animal lover! We are happy to give guests a tour of our sanctuary. There is a large deck and fire pit for an enjoyable evening, and a walking trail for wildlife enthusiasts! We do not allow any meat onto the property as we are running a sanctuary that promotes compassion for all animals. We do have 3 vegan cookbooks in the kitchen for you do enjoy!
The space
There is a living room with a very comfortable couch, a kitchen table with 4 chairs, and 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Each side of the bed has a small table with USB charging port. Guests will be able to enjoy seeing the rescue turkeys from the kitchen window, front porch and back deck. Rescue chickens can also be seen from the front porch and bedroom windows.
The kitchen
The kitchen has various cooking/baking supplies, as well as a nice blender, toaster oven, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator/freezer, Tupperware, etc.
Other things to note
We do have 2 dogs in the main house, but they don't bother people.
You can park right in front of the guest house in the driveway. We have a keyless entry, which we will provide a code for once you book!
