I am a peruvian Vegan man running a Vegan Boutique Guesthouse in the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Cusco Perú. After travelling around the world as a vegan for more than ten years I was tired of using kitchens contaminated with meat or dairy (eggs and honey) when staying in hostels or hotels so now I want to offer a safe space for vegans and vegetarians travelling in the Sacred Valley.
