About this space
A peaceful, vegan-friendly escape in the wild mountains where Spain meets Portugal. This cosy two-bedroom apartment overlooks untouched nature and has a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable living and dining area, and two bathrooms. Bar Salto, our vegan restaurant and natural wine bar, is just downstairs, and hiking trails start right from the door.
The space
Two double bedrooms with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and peaceful views. Both face the courtyard, and the main upstairs bedroom has fantastic views over the mountains.
Two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, soft towels, and our natural soaps, are available for your use. There is also a washing machine. The upstairs bathroom used to be a kitchen and still has the old stove and chimney inside!
A cosy living area with a small fireplace, sofa and dining table. Perfect for savouring a glass of wine, reading, or simply taking in the quiet.

A fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven, fridge, kettle, and all the basics for preparing light meals.

Cats are living in and around the property. Parking is on the road and free.

You'll be warmly invited to join us for a complimentary visit to our vineyard, just 7 km away on the Portuguese side. It’s where our wines are made: quietly, naturally, and always in tune with the land. We often host vegetarian picnics or potlucks among the vines, and you're welcome to join if the timing fits. You’re also welcome to take part in wine tastings and short courses at our on-site Wine School, where we explore natural wines, the stories behind them, and the land that shapes them. We’ll send you current options once you book, or feel free to ask us in person.
