This is a boathouse converted to a bunkie. It has a large glass garage door that can open and has an automated screen. The bunkie has one bedroom, a full bath with shower, a kitchen and living area. It offers outdoor space with a gas fireplace. It is quite rustic and the floor is simply cement. The kitchen has a toaster oven and hot plate as well as microwave, coffee maker, blender and refrigerator.
