We invite you to stay in our garden flat which is cool in summer and cosy in winter and so quiet! Conveniently situated close to local transport links, both bus and train, and within walking distance of Reading town centre, a major supermarket and even the River Thames!

The space

The flat has a large double bedroom with a vanity unit, a spacious living room with its own kitchen space and toilet and access to the garden. There is a sofa bed in the living room which can be used to accommodate a third guest or if two people wish to have separate beds. There is a large family bathroom on the first floor which is available for guests to use. Wi-fi is available throughout the house. Guest access: Guest access is through the front door of the house. The garden flat is reached by stairs down from the main kitchen and the family bathroom is up one flight of stairs to the first floor. Guests have the freedom of the lower part of the house and can use the family bathroom on the first floor.

The kitchen

The mini kitchen in the garden flat has a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, and an electric hob with two rings. Breakfast is a help-yourself affair with cereals, toast, tea and coffee provided. Enjoy eating in the privacy of your own living space or outside on the patio in warm weather. The main kitchen is totally vegan. We have no pets.

Other things to note

Please note that prices quoted are for one person. There is an extra charge of £10 per additional person per night. We work mostly at home, so there is nearly always someone around to answer any queries and offer advice if required.
