About this space
I have a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in which I live part-time with my 3 pugs. They are super loving but do shed a lot. I rent out 2 of the bedrooms by the month. It's close to the airport, college, and the Strip. I love hosting people from all over. I tend to give you your space, especially if you're here to work or study, but happy to provide recommendations for things to do or hang out occasionally.
The space
The bedrooms each have a queen bed and a closet. One has a desk. There is a bathroom with shower in the hall, so if there are separate guests in the two bedrooms they would have to share. I have my own bathroom attached to primary suite. Feel free to use the common areas of the house other than my office.
The kitchen
I have a gas stove/oven (latter takes a while to heat up), air fryer, espresso machine, blender/food processor, spiralizer, and KitchenAid mixer. You will have dedicated space in fridge, freezer, and cabinets. I like my kitchen pretty spotless, so please take care.
Other things to note
There is a two-car garage and if I am home I will use it. There's plentiful street parking and a big driveway. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. Please do not send anything but toilet paper down the plumbing or any food scraps in the kitchen sink.
