My apartment is freshly renovated and located in an old House from 1912. It's very quiet because it's located in the backyard in the 3rd floor. The building itself is not renovated but my place has a new bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, new electricity and modern heating. The furniture is mostly wooden or midcentury. The floor is also wooden.Vibrant. A lot of restaurants, cafes, night clubs, bars. One minute walk to public transport.
