I learned about veganism in 2011 from the Esselstein family and Dr. Colin in Tucson at a weekend Vegan workshop and chose to be vegetarian after graduating the the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a health coach. It wasn't until I attended another vegan weekend in Sedona AZ and heard MD's, scienttists, environmentalists, nutritionists and animal activitists speak that I decided to become vegan in January 2017.
