I learned about veganism in 2011 from the Esselstein family and Dr. Colin in Tucson at a weekend Vegan workshop and chose to be vegetarian after graduating the the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a health coach. It wasn't until I attended another vegan weekend in Sedona AZ and heard MD's, scienttists, environmentalists, nutritionists and animal activitists speak that I decided to become vegan in January 2017.

About
Great view from patio of Pike's Peak; close to two health food and grocery stores. Housemate lives downstairs but rarely uses the kitchen upstairs.
The space
If I am away the master suite includes full bathroom and queen bed; or twin beds in guest room downstairs. Upstairs TV's and patio and kitchen is available for guests/
The kitchen
I am gluten free as well as PBWF based, so ask that if kitchen used that all dishes and pans be washed in hot water and put away. Vegamatic, coffeepot available forgets use
