Welcome to your bright, private garden-level suite — designed for comfort, productivity, and relaxation. South-facing windows fill the space with natural light, giving it an open, welcoming feel throughout the day. The suite includes a comfortable lounge area with TV, a dedicated workspace for remote professionals, ample storage for extended stays, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. A microwave and mini fridge are provided so you can enjoy meals and snacks on your own schedule. Guests also have access to a well-equipped in-home gym located upstairs — perfect for maintaining your routine while traveling. The upstairs kitchen is available for vegan cooking only, helping us maintain a clean and health-conscious environment. There is a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in your suite for added convenience. Located in a quiet Aurora neighborhood with easy access to Denver, DIA, and the Anschutz Medical Campus, this space is ideal for traveling professionals, medical visitors, or anyone looking for a peaceful home base during their Colorado stay. ideally, I'm looking for someone to rent the space for 3-6 months. I can take the furniture out if requested.

The kitchen

The kitchen is pretty small - the house was build in the late 70's so its not an open floor plan. The stove/oven are pretty old. The fridge and dishwasher are less then 10 years old. There's a blender, food processor, instapot, air fryer, Japanese rice cooker (20yo an still kickin'), toaster. I cook 99% of my meals at home, I bake my own bread too. I also make my own blend of dishwasher soap.

Other things to note

We also have two large, friendly greyhounds. There's a door separating them from you. So if you're not comfortable you dogs, rest assured your space is isolated and private. They are very friendly, and get a little excited to see people, but then calm down and go back to their own thing. They do have access to the gym and cruelty free kitchen. I am seeking a long term tenet; in which case, being comfortable with dogs is probably for the better. There's plenty of parking on the street. I'm working on letting more native plants take over my yard. There's a wifi router in the room, so you will have a strong signle in the room. I can also provide cat5 if you want a wired connection.
