I can take the furniture out if requested.
The kitchen
The kitchen is pretty small - the house was build in the late 70's so its not an open floor plan. The stove/oven are pretty old. The fridge and dishwasher are less then 10 years old. There's a blender, food processor, instapot, air fryer, Japanese rice cooker (20yo an still kickin'), toaster. I cook 99% of my meals at home, I bake my own bread too. I also make my own blend of dishwasher soap.
Other things to note
We also have two large, friendly greyhounds. There's a door separating them from you. So if you're not comfortable you dogs, rest assured your space is isolated and private. They are very friendly, and get a little excited to see people, but then calm down and go back to their own thing. They do have access to the gym and cruelty free kitchen. I am seeking a long term tenet; in which case, being comfortable with dogs is probably for the better.
There's plenty of parking on the street. I'm working on letting more native plants take over my yard. There's a wifi router in the room, so you will have a strong signle in the room. I can also provide cat5 if you want a wired connection.
