Private Room in Vegan Household: Brewerytown

The room is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-story house and shares a full bathroom with one other bedroom. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer on the second floor, which you are free to use — provided you bring your own detergent.

The room itself is quite simple. While there are no dressers, the closet comes equipped with hangers, and there's also a bookshelf available for storing items.

Inside the room, you'll find a computer desk and chair, along with a whiteboard. (Please only use only dry erase markers on the board.)

Depending on the length of your stay, feel free to bring along some of your own furniture items to personalize the space!

The other bedroom sharing this floor is listed as a short-term rental. You will be sharing the bathroom with whoever books that space. Rest assured, we have a cleaner who performs turnover duties, including cleaning the bathroom, every time a guest checks out. However, while our cleaner will thoroughly clean the bathroom after each guest checks out, there may be gaps between cleanings.

IMPORTANT: there is a lock on the bedroom door, but it can only be locked from the inside (there's no key). So, you'll have the option to lock the room while you're in there, but please be aware that once you leave, the room cannot be locked. I've been renting these rooms since 2018 without any issues, and my tenant, who has been in the house since 2020, is extremely trustworthy. If you feel uncomfortable about not having a key for the bedroom however, this listing may not be suitable for you.

The thermostat for this bedroom is located in another room. If you need to adjust the temperature, please send me a message, and I can make the changes remotely from my phone.

Please remember to bring your own soaps, including laundry detergent, body soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.
