I’m traveling around the world with my 2 small dogs. I’m vegan for the animals, but also everything else. I love to cook, read, practice yoga, travel, scuba dive, and so much more!

Neighborhood
Getting around the area
Brewerytown is going through a transitional stage. The house is located across the street from a park which can sometimes make parking a small challenge, but not usually. Generally speaking, there are plenty of spaces, and the neighborhood is usually pretty quiet. You are within walking distance to the art museum.

About This Space

About
This is a 4 story house with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This particular room is located on the 2nd floor which has 2 bedrooms, a shared bath, and the laundry room. The kitchen is 100% vegan and has been that way since the day it was built in 2018. Located in Brewerytown, PA, the house is within walking distance to the Philadelphia art museum. The house itself is directly across the street from a park where you will see a lot of owners brining their dogs to play.
The space
The room is located on the second floor-opposite to another bedroom with a full-time tenant. Please be mindful of this before choosing to book this space. It’s a basic room. There’s a queen sized mattress, and some odd-end furniture throughout the room. There’s a TV with Roku. This was once a yoga room, so there’s attachments on the ceiling for a yoga swing- please do not touch. There’s a full sized, shared bathroom just off the bedroom. Shampoo and conditioner is not provided, so please bring your own. The temperature control is located in another bedroom-making it difficult for you to control the temperature on your own. You will need to text me whenever you want an adjustment, and I can control it easily from my phone. Don’t be afraid to text! I try to respond quickly and it’s truly not a bother!
The kitchen
The kitchen is 100% vegan. It is shared with a couple tenants, so we ask that you remain clean and courteous of others.
Other things to note
It’s a clean and quiet house. We ask that our guests are of the same nature.

It’s a basic listing… a comfortable place to sleep in a shared house with wifi. No smoking, pets, or parties are permitted. Don’t flush tampons or wipes down the toilet. To adjust the temperature in the room, you’ll have to text me. Never feel about this-it’s not a bother at all. Finally, the lock on the bedroom door only locks from the inside, but there is not a key to lock the door behind you when you leave. This has never once been a problem for any guest. The tenants living in my house have been with me for years. They are extremely respectful and trustworthy. If it will be a problem that you cannot lock the bedroom door behind you however, this may not be the best booking for you.
