I've been vegan for 2 over 2 years, and vegetarian 10 years. I have a genuine passion for people and travel, and have vistited many countries. I enjoy hosting travellers from all over the world, and love sharing my space. I have created an uncomplicated, and relaxed space for you to enjoy. I can help you plan your Coromandel visit, although you will have to be independant as I work long hours. With my work in tourism, I have extensive local knowledge.

Getting around the area
Hahei is a gorgeous little Coastal Village. The walk to Cathedral Cove is approximately an hour from the apartment. Favorite places: Hot Water Beach, Cathedral Cove, and the Lynch Stream track are just some of the spectacular activities locally. The Cathedral Cove Kayak trip, and Hahei Explorer are two excellent tourist options locally. Getting around: I have 2 electric bikes for guests to use.

Ponga Lodge offers a private fully self contained apartment nestled in the bush with a rural outlook.
The space
A private one bedroom apartment with a pullout couch (sofa) for extra guests. I also have electric bikes, a kayak and paddle board guests are welcome to use. Guest access: I have electric bikes, a kayak and paddle board guests are welcome to use.
