Just 3 miles from downtown Flagstaff—5 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike/1 hour walking the FUTS trail. 10 minute walk to city bus stop. View of San Francisco Peaks and Mount Elden. Regular visits by local deer and other wildlife. Close to NAU, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snowbowl, Sunset Crater, National Forest and gobs of hiking and biking trails.

A closer look at the stay
About
Relaxing private entrance studio loft on the second floor of a single family home. Separate bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. Nestled in a ponderosa pine forest less than 3 miles from downtown and adjacent to the Flagstaff Urban Trail.
The space
379 square feet. Access to space via spiral staircase. Very private with outdoor deck overlooking a forest meadow. Queen size bed with sofa bed or rollaway bed for third person option.
The kitchen
Refrigerator/Freezer, 2-burner induction stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. No oven. Vegan kitchen.
Other things to note
No companion animals are on the property. Parking is on the property near the Loft. Note: You must walk down 13 steps and then walk up a spiral staircase to get to your lodging. Location is generally quiet and is a rural-urban mix.
