Personal 1-1 Compassionate Retreat on the River Mondego, Portugal

Double room available for personal retreats for 1 person on the banks of the river Mondego. Plant based kitchen, meals provided, cooking lessons/shared cooking included as required. The location is extraordinary with extensive views of mountain and river plus hiking biking trails galore!Perfect space for writing, painting, meditation, yoga, music. Compassionate Coaching is also available on request.The property has 3 other residents, 2 beautiful cats who are mostly outdoor and a 4 year old therapy dog with oodles of love to give. All are sentient, soft, communicative and profound healers! I am currently writing books, we have a very peaceful and natural flow.You are welcome to join us for market trips, kayak adventures, hiking, food yoga and live music at a local vegan art cafe... whatever works with your schedule.Day trips to Serra Estrela, Viseu, Porto, Braga, Coimbra, Castelo Branco, Aveiro and other local places of interest are possible.The nearest airport is Porto, transfers available by request.Only 1 guest at a time, preference given to females due to location.
