I learned to dance Tango and when I travel I try to find at least one Milong during my stay. During covid I tried to learn beatboxing but only did that for two weeks. My favorite food is the potato! You can make so many great dishes with potatoes...

Getting around the area
My beautiful home in Bad Münstereifel is located at the German countryside. The area is called Eifel, which is about a 45 minutes drive away from the next big city Cologne, not so far from the Belgium border. It is full of hills, forests and meadows. The appartment is on top of a hill and you can't see the little town Bad Münstereifel in the valley. You will feel peacefully secluded in nature, with an amazing view. I have quiet and nice neighbours and it's in general a quiet neighborhood, so I am looking for someone who will enjoy this and contribute to the peaceful athmosphere. If you walk one minute outside you are already in the middle of meadows and forests - it's a perfect hiking area. 15 more minutes and you reach a valley with a little peaceful creek and there is a historical quarry with fossils. In the area you will find so many interesting destinations: a lake for swimming called Freilinger See, the national park Eifel, many wildlife parks (one with a raptor rescue), hiking and biking trails, , archeological spots, castles, old monasteries, the Katzensteine - a red sandstone formation, a nature museum and so many more... The historical town Bad Münstereifel offers restaurants, cafés, old city walls, towers and churches, museums, a public swimming pool for families with a sauna and some shopping... The next big cities Cologne and Bonn are abundant with history, culture and food (and so many vegan restaurants) and the historical roman city Aachen is also not far. That goes for the belgium and dutch border aswell. A train station is within 15 minutes walking distance (currently there are two buses going to the next town, because work is being done on the rails). All nessecary supermarkets, pharmacy and so on also within 15 minutes walking distance.

About
Beautiful home in the middle of nature - hills, forests, meadows, with an amazing view. A quiet and peaceful retreat, close to the mideaval German town Bad Münstereifel. Perfect for Yoga, meditating, dancing, writing or hiking... Enjoy the balcony and the view over green hills. Discover the beautiful landscape with lakes, forests and many historical places like castles, monasteries, roman ruins. Visit the next big cities Cologne or Bonn and experience their abundance of history, culture and good food (so many vegan restaurants) Welcome to my home with its very special artistic touch - come and recharge 🌿
The space
The appartment has a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a spacious living room with dining table, office desk, sofa/futon, cosy armchair and lots of space for Yoga or dancing, a little entrance room, a bathroom with both a shower and a seperate bath tub and a bidé, a kitchen with everything you need, a big balcony with an amazing view into the green hills, a hammock, lounge chair, a parasol, a table, chairs, lots of vegetables growing, a little terrace on the other side with even more plants... The appartment is on top of a hill and you can't see the little town, you feel peacefully secluded in nature, with an amazing view. I am looking for someone who will enjoy and contribute to the peaceful and quiet athmosphere. My home is very special with an artistic touch and a peaceful athmosphere - perfect for a retreat in nature, to relax, read, meditate, do Yoga, take walks in nature... Since I have WiFi you can also work from here or write a book or work on your thesis... Since I will rent my my place for at least a whole month, it will be much cheaper than the usual AirBnb.
The kitchen
The kitchen has a sink with hot water, oven, stove, small refrigerator, an electric, water kettle, an electric rice cooker (perfect for Asian cuisine), a blender, a mixer, a french press for coffee, pots and pans and everything you might need for cooking. We have recycling, so there is are several bins for rubbish, paper, plastic and compost.
Other things to note
You will find easy parking on the whole street since this is a very quiet area. I would highly appreciate it if you could water the plants from time to time.

I expect my guests to respect the quiet and peaceful athmosphere. It is a house with two other friendly and quiet neighbors in a very calm area. I hope that I can trust my guests to water the plants (specific instructions will follow) in the appartment. Recycling is important, so the rubbish has to go into the designated bins (I can offer more info and instructions for the compost)
