The space
The appartment has a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a spacious living room with dining table, office desk, sofa/futon, cosy armchair and lots of space for Yoga or dancing, a little entrance room, a bathroom with both a shower and a seperate bath tub and a bidé, a kitchen with everything you need, a big balcony with an amazing view into the green hills, a hammock, lounge chair, a parasol, a table, chairs, lots of vegetables growing, a little terrace on the other side with even more plants...
The appartment is on top of a hill and you can't see the little town, you feel peacefully secluded in nature, with an amazing view. I am looking for someone who will enjoy and contribute to the peaceful and quiet athmosphere.
My home is very special with an artistic touch and a peaceful athmosphere - perfect for a retreat in nature, to relax, read, meditate, do Yoga, take walks in nature... Since I have WiFi you can also work from here or write a book or work on your thesis...
Since I will rent my my place for at least a whole month, it will be much cheaper than the usual AirBnb.
The kitchen
The kitchen has a sink with hot water, oven, stove, small refrigerator, an electric, water kettle, an electric rice cooker (perfect for Asian cuisine), a blender, a mixer, a french press for coffee, pots and pans and everything you might need for cooking.
We have recycling, so there is are several bins for rubbish, paper, plastic and compost.
Other things to note
You will find easy parking on the whole street since this is a very quiet area.
I would highly appreciate it if you could water the plants from time to time.

I expect my guests to respect the quiet and peaceful athmosphere. It is a house with two other friendly and quiet neighbors in a very calm area. I hope that I can trust my guests to water the plants (specific instructions will follow) in the appartment. Recycling is important, so the rubbish has to go into the designated bins (I can offer more info and instructions for the compost)
