About
Originally from Kerry, I spent ten years working as an actuary in Dublin before making the move West during lockdown. Settling in Mayo ignited a lifelong dream of opening my own plant-based sanctuary. While I don’t drink, Westport has so much to offer from hiking Croagh Patrick, cycling the Greenway to local yoga studios and outdoor adventures. @wildatlanticsoul
