In love with Love, I keep many doors open (deep ecology, inter-religious spirituality, decolonialty, social-libertarianism, non-violence) in order to live beneficially for humans and other sentient beings. I studied International Relations, then traveled and worked as intercultural mediator and educator with asylum-seekers and refugees, academic tutor and researcher, as well as vegan cook (inspired by Macrobiotics and Ayurveda). I have also been studying, practicing and sharing about Yoga for many years.

I can offer vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner with whole-meal, local, organic, seasonal ingredients (cereals, legumes, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seaweed, fermented foods), following a nutrition and cooking philosophy mainly inspired by Macrobiotics and Ayurveda. I can offer short classes to explain principles, theory and methodology of our cooking philosophy. I can offer counseling and coaching about natural nutrition and well-being, as well as an introduction to Integral Yoga. I can offer daily Yoga sessions (including meditation techniques). I can offer guided tours of the surroundings on demand.

Getting around the area
All around the house there are hills covered with chestnut forests. It is possible to roam and explore by car many nice spots (i.e. small villages, old churches, water falls, castles) with beautiful views, at short distance. Yet, tourist facilities are quite scarce in the surroundings. Train station is six km away from the house.

About This Space
A closer look at the stay
About
The house where I am living is a two-store old building made up with vulcanic stone bricks: it has one living room, one kitchen, two bedrooms, one studio/library, one room for spiritual practices, two balconies and a small terrace. A small detached wild garden is also available. It is located in a village surrounded by chestnut forests.
The space
Guests will be accommodated in one bedroom with two single beds (that can be put side by side). Bed linen and pillows can be provided. Bathroom is shared.
The kitchen
Animal foods (meat, fish, eggs, dairies) are not allowed in the house/kitchen. Refrigerator is usually not in use, but it is possible to activate it, if necessary.
Other things to note
Guests can park their car in the central square of the village and reach the house by foot (five minutes distance). I will come to pick them up.
