Hot water isn’t a luxury here, neither are all the modern comforts that are not often found in Nicaragua. Handmade tile finishes, tranquil design and amazing huge outdoor porch for lounging, working and entertaining. You’re squeezed amongst over 20 varieties of fruit and vegetables in our working food forest. This is casita is part of an adults only boutique eco-resort which features an incredible US quality gym and amazing infinity pool with 180 degree ocean views. Rescue animals live on property. 4 dogs, 3 cats...as well as chickens (no roosters) from time to time. This is a working small vegan farm and boutique bnb/inn. Wifi is STRONG and we are 100% solar & off grid.
